Location

We are conveniently located on Bombay-Pune Highway in Navi Mumbai at Nerul, which is easily accessible by road and local rail network. The unit is located outside octroi limits in MIDC TTC Industrial Area.

The unit is spread over 6000 square feet independent plot. It has a RCC building of 2600 square feet which has modern workshop and office blocks.

Equipment & Tools

The unit is fully equipped with up-to-date facilities required for reconditioning and material handling needs.

The standard general purpose tools ranging to bore gauges, callipers, micrometer, timing tools, compression test units and torque wrenches are available. The critical gauges and torque wrenches are periodically calibrated / tested to ensure exact tolerances and meet prerequisites of international quality.

All the techinical staff are qualified and trained by Ashok Leyland Ltd. We have complete range of technical manuals of various makes of Diesel Engines. New technological developments in the field are regularly updated in the job.
