Reconditioning Process

The Reconditioning Process is set-out ensuring smooth flow and quality control at every stage.

• Disassembly :
  Engines to be reconditioned are completely dismantled back to components in a separate room outside the main workshop area. All internal parts are individually inspected for wear or damage according to manufacturers specifications.
  
  
• Cleaning :
  The cleaning is primarily by high pressure water jet to remove the sludge and major portion of carbon deposits. All components are subsequently immersed for upto four hours in Washing Tank consisting of special chemical solution. Finally these are cleaned by high pressure water jet and air dried.
  
  
• Machining :
  Engine components like Cylinder Block, Cylinder Head, Camshaft, Crankshaft and Connecting Rods are subjected to machining of bore line, grinding, lapping, renewal of camshaft bushes, etc. at specialised Boring Workshops.
  The Boring Workshop is well equipped with best of machines and gauges to meet exacting standards as per manufacturers specification.
  
  
• Fuel Injection Equipment / Turbochargers :
  Reconditioning of fuel injection Equipment is handled by manufacturers authorised workshops. Qualified reconditioning and calibration with complete replacement by genuine MICO parts ensure that your Engine will start everytime with balanced power, optimal torque and low fuel consumption.
  Turbochargers are handled by manufacturers for best performance with guarantee.
  
  
• Replacement Components :
  The internal parts of Engine that are subjected to ' wear and tear ' are replaced by new. The list of parts replaced is extensive -piston, cylinder liners, bearings, bushings, valves, valve seats and guides, oil seals and gaskets.
  All new spare parts are GENUINE from manufacturers - an assurance that a DYNAMIC rebuilt Engine is exactly the same quality as the original manufacturers.
  
  
• Assembly :
  The engine Assembly is done in air-conditioned room - a DUST FREE condition. The Engine is assembled by qualified team as per the specifications of manufacturers maintaining the exact tolerances. Any new technical development are immediately integrated into rebuilding process . This attention assures that a DYNAMIC rebuilt engine is exactly the same quality as the original manufacturer.
  
  
• Testing & Guarantee :
  All engines reconditioned are hot run tested for 2 hours. During the running-in period fuel injection pump is fine tuned. The performance data are checked and recorded.
  
  Following the test-run, Engine is painted as original.
  
  All engines reconditioned by DYNAMIC are guaranteed for performance for 180 days*.
